Ahhh, the nap! Such a beautiful thing!
I'm generally not a napper, but I find that I always need a nap in the Spring and Summer (I guess I'm a seasonal napper). Of course, with work, that's not possible except on the weekends, and that's not always possible...because, well, I have a life... and I'm not 80. I would like to incorporate naps more in my life though. Maybe on Fridays-Sundays I can nap. I'm not really good at doing the super short, 10-15min naps. I'm more of a 1-2 hour napper. Maybe I'm not getting enough. Scratch that, I'm definitely not getting enough sleep. I'm not getting a super low amount of sleep either. I'd say I get 6-8 hours, usually more like 7 hours. I could be one of those people that needs 8-9 hours of sleep to feel ok. Anywho, I did some research on the web to see what it has to say about napping, here's what I found:
